Warranties
RACQUET WARRANTIES
On-Court Tennis does not have a Warranty Department. All racquet warranties are dealt with directly by the manufacturer and replacements are at the manufacturer’s discretion. Racquets come with a one-year manufacturer's warranty. Frames that show signs of abuse may not be replaced. When shipping off a racquet, please include original receipt and letter of explanation with customer contact/shipping information. Please wrap and box the racquet properly to ensure further damage does not occur to racquet.
Some manufacturers ask that the racquets not be returned directly from the consumer, but rather through the retailer that the racquet was sold from. If customer has a warranty claim for Babolat or Dunlop, the racquet must be sent directly to On-Court Tennis with original receipt, letter of explanation with customer contact/shipping information and a check for $20.00 (for shipping to manufacturer and then back to customer). Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for replacement if deemed. Please ship racquet warranty claims for Babolat and Dunlop only to:

If customer has a warranty claim with Head, Prince or Wilson, we highly suggest dealing directly with the manufacturer to save time and shipping costs. The warranty process usually takes 4 to 6 weeks, but may take longer depending on manufactures discretion. Some manufacturers may require a check for return ship, so please ask this question while obtaining an RA # from the manufacturer. If the manufacturer decides not to replace the racquet, the racquet will be returned to you along with an explanation from the manufacturer. SHOE WARRANTIES
On-Court Tennis does not have a Warranty Department. All shoe outsole warranties must be sent directly to the manufacturer and replacements are at the manufacturer’s discretion. Please do not send shoes to On-Court Tennis for warranty. We will return them promptly and customer will be charged for return shipping.
Some manufacturers include specific warranty conditions enclosed in original shoe box. If purchased shoes qualify for replacement, follow the warranty directions located under the shoe’s brand listed below.
Adidas Procedure:
Send your shoes including name, address, phone number and date purchased, an original invoice along with an $8.30 check made payable to Adidas. Call 1-800-448-1796 for additional information or questions.

Babolat Procedure:
Send your shoes back along with original proof of purchase and a check for $9.95 for the cost of shipping back to you. Make checks payable to Babolat. Babolat shoes come with a Six Month Guarantee Warranty Card in the box which you will need to fill out and return to Babolat with your original invoice. If you have lost or did not receive a warranty card, please contact Babolat at 877-316-9435 and they will mail you a new card.

K-Swiss Procedure:
Send your shoes back along with original proof of purchase and a check for $5.00 for the cost of shipping back to you. Make checks payable to K-Swiss. For further questions, please contact K-Swiss directly at (1-800) 938-8000.

Nike Procedure:
For an explanation of the guidelines for returning Nike shoes, contact Nike Consumer Affairs at 1-800-344-6453. They will give you a claim number which you will need when sending in your shoes.

Call 1-800-283-6647 and select option #1. Request a return authorization (R/A) number. Ship shoes including name, address, phone number and date purchased along with an original invoice. Please write your R/A number on the outside of the box.
