Warranty Issues | Racquets
|
All racquets sold by On-Court Tennis have a manufacturer's one-year warranty against manufactured defects; however, the replacement is at the discretion of the manufacturer, not On-Court Tennis. Racquets must not show any signs of abuse, such as being thrown to the ground or overused due to dragging or rough play. Most manufacturers ask that racquets not be returned directly from the consumer, but rather through the retailer where the racquet was purchased.
In order to return a broken racquet to a manufacturer, please ship your racquet to On-Court Tennis with a copy of your receipt and a check for $10.00 (for shipping costs to manufacturer). You may choose to purchase a new tennis racquet while your defective racquet is being considered for replacement. If your racquet is replaced, you will be credited for its current selling price. If your racquet is not replaced by the manufacturer, it will be returned to you along with an explanation from the manufacturer. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.
